Accessing the website www.themountainshotel.es implies acceptance of these conditions, as well as those contained in the company's privacy policy, and therefore, if you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must refrain from using this website.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as the content, design and organisation of the website, may be revised and/or modified at any time. In the event of revision or modification of the Terms and Conditions, the new wording will be immediately published and accessible on the Website, and will be applicable from that moment (they will not be applied retroactively). In order to be properly informed about the Terms and Conditions that are applicable at any given time, the user should periodically review them. Use of the website, including access by users and browsing, is free of charge and implies compliance with these terms and conditions, Spanish legislation and good practice and accepted use of the internet.

These conditions are applicable to all users who use the website. However, in the event that, in the future, new sections are included in the website offering specific services, Inversiones Galdana S.L. may include in the same specific conditions applicable to said sections, either taking precedence over or supplementing these conditions. Therefore, before using the services offered by this website, the user is advised to carefully read all relevant terms and conditions.

For this reason, Inversiones Galdana S.L. shall not be liable in any case for any possible damages that may arise from said access or the use of the information by the user, nor for any possible errors or damages that may be suffered by the user's computer system (hardware and software), files or stored documents, as a consequence of the presence of viruses in their computer, malfunctioning of the browser or use of non-updated versions of the same.

In general, the provision of the Services does not require the prior subscription or registration of the Users. However, Inversiones Galdana S.L. may make the use of some of the services conditional on the completion of the corresponding user registration or forms. In all cases, registration shall be carried out as expressly indicated in the service or in the particular conditions that regulate it, and the user must provide truthful information and keep this information updated at all times. The user shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to the hotel or to third parties as a result of the information provided.

Thus, by virtue of Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Spanish law shall apply to any dispute that may arise. The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, and Inversiones Galdana S.L. reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false or inaccurate data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable by law.

The information regarding the services offered by Inversiones Galdana S.L. on the website does not reflect all the terms and conditions applicable to each of the services marketed by Inversiones Galdana S.L.

The information provided on the Website is only indicative, tentative and approximate. The contents included in the Web Site are elaborated by Inversiones Galdana S.L. with the company's own information, as well as with external information, hence the large amount of information accessible to the user.

Inversiones Galdana S.L. has exclusive rights of reproduction, distribution, modification and communication of the same, as well as all rights of exploitation in any form.

All the content of the website is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, and the provision and use, possible consultation or downloading of the same does not imply in any case the transfer of any type of right over the intellectual or industrial property of the aforementioned material or content.
