Booking cancellation policies
This cancellation policy applies to the valid prices for individual bookings and does not apply to groups and/or special events.
The cancellation policies displayed on this website vary depending on whether it is high season or the rest of the season.
Cancellation Policy for high season
(22/12/23 - 08/01/24 | 09/02/24 - 29/02/24 | 22/03/24 - 31/03/24):
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the day of arrival. In the event of late cancellation, the following will be charged, taking into account the length of stay of your booking:
- For bookings of less than 5 days, 1 night will be charged.
- For bookings between 5 and 9 days, 2 nights will be charged.
- For bookings of more than 10 nights, 3 nights will be charged.
Cancellation policy for the rest of the season:
Free cancellation up to 5 days before the day of arrival. In the event of late cancellation, the following will be charged, taking into account the length of stay of your booking:
- For bookings of less than 5 days, 1 night will be charged.
- For bookings between 5 and 9 days, 2 nights will be charged.
- For bookings of more than 10 nights, 3 nights will be charged.
For all seasons, in case of no show (the guest does not arrive or cancel the booking) or early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
Payment policy for free cancellation bookings:
- Payment is made directly at the hotel.
- The card is only charged if the cancellation policy is not followed.
Non-refundable rate conditions:
This rate requires payment in advance.
- Cancellations or changes are not permitted when booking this rate.
- Prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
How to cancel: The confirmation email you receive when you complete your booking will give you full details of how to cancel your booking.
